  • Concurrent disorders (i.e. addiction and mental health issue)

  • Loved One of an Individual with a mental health or addictive disorder
  • Professional Development 
We offer services specific to the needs and backgrounds of a variety of communities and populations. 

Youth (aged 12-18)
Mental health and substance use counselling as well as education and support is provided to parents and families that take into account the developmental stages of young people. 

Adults
General mental health counsel​ling, substance use counselling, and/or evidence informed therapy for PTSD. 

First Responders
We provide evidence informed treatment for PTSD, general mental health counselling, and/or substance use counselling which is appropriate to those who wear uniforms and to those who have experienced trauma as part of their job.

​Indigenous People (First Nation, Métis, & Inuit)
Culturally sensitive general mental health counselling, substance use counselling, and/or evidence informed treatment for PTSD may be provided.  

Loved One of an individual with a mental health or addictive disorder
Education, support, and individual counselling is offered to those who are coping with a loved one who has a mental health or substance use disorder.
