We offer services specific to the needs and backgrounds of a variety of communities and populations.
Youth (aged 12-18)
Mental health and addiction counselling as well as education and support is provided to parents and families that take into account the developmental stages of young people.
Adults
General mental health counselling, addiction counselling, and/or evidence informed treatment for PTSD is offered to men and women.
First Responders
We provide evidence informed treatment for PTSD, general mental health counselling, and/or addiction counselling which is appropriate to those who wear uniforms and to those who have experienced trauma as part of their job.
Couples
Evidence informed couple therapy and communication skills are used to help couples who are struggling or for couples who want to strengthen their relationships.
Indigenous People (First Nation, Métis, & Inuit)
Culturally sensitive general mental health counselling, addiction counselling, and/or evidence informed treatment for PTSD may be provided.
Loved One of an individual with a mental health or addictive disorder
Education, support, and individual counselling is offered to those who are coping with a loved one who has a mental health or addictive disorder.
