We provide mental health and substance use counselling, along with education and support for parents and families, with approaches that reflect the developmental needs of young people.
Adults
Services include general mental health counselling, substance use counselling, and evidence-informed therapy for PTSD.
First Responders/Trauma Exposed Professionals
We offer evidence-informed treatment for PTSD, as well as general mental health and substance use counselling, tailored to the unique experiences of those in uniform and others who may encounter trauma in the course of their work.
Indigenous People (First Nation, Métis, & Inuit)
Culturally sensitive counselling is available, including general mental health counselling, substance use counselling, and evidence-informed treatment for PTSD.
Loved Ones of Individuals with Mental Health or Substance Use Disorders
We provide education, support, and individual counselling for those coping with the challenges of having a loved one living with a mental health or substance use disorder.
